Reformer classes

Our classes are designed to tap into the foundation of the deep intrinsic muscles that stabilize the body. Breath and concentration are emphasized to help align mind and body.

In order to keep everyone challenged as they progress in their practice, we use creative sequencing so no two sessions are the same. The intimate setting allows our instructors to pay close attention to form and provide individualized feedback.

    Everyday

    A feel-good full body workout you can take every day, this open-level class is equally restorative and energizing. A time to connect with your body and dive deep into your core. Leave feeling centered and ready to go!

    Turn it up with our most athletic class. Expect challenging sequences, with more reps and longer holds. Improve control and build functional strength with deep, lean muscles.

    Get your heart pumping and get high off endorphins with this cardio/jumpboard workout. A fun, energizing class perfect to blow off steam at the end of a long day.

    Sunday Reset

    Melt into deep stretches and reset your body before the week starts. This restorative class is designed to unlock tightness and help you sink into a deeper fascial body to increase joint mobility.

    This class is designed to help women adjust to their evolving bodies throughout all stages of pregnancy. We focus on strengthening and alignment to improve balance, mobility and help relieve aches and pains.
