Studio policies
Purchases, refunds and expiration
We only accept credit cards for payment, both online and at the studio. We cannot accept cash.
All service and retail sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any service or item purchased.
Intro offers expire 3 months from purchase date. All other service purchases expire 12 months from purchase date.
Cancellations
The studio has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes and private/duet appointments.
To modify or cancel a booking, please use the Mindbody app or login to Mindbody through our class schedule, by clicking on “My Account” in the top right corner. All your upcoming reservations will appear under the “Schedule” tab. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via email, phone, text message, or any other way.
For any cancellation, no show or reschedule that occurs less than 12 hours prior to scheduled time, the credit used for the reservation will be forfeited from your account balance.
For cancellations happening before the 12-hour late window, the credit used for the reservation will be returned to your Mindbody account for later use. As a reminder, we do not offer refunds so any unused credits can only be stored for later use.
Notifications
You have the option to turn notifications on or off for class reminders and schedule changes under the Account Info tab of your Mindbody account. Please note however that if you have the setting turned off for both email and text, you won’t be sent any confirmation or reminder for upcoming reservations. In this case, our late cancellation policy still applies if you miss class.
Waitlist
If a class is full, feel free to join its waitlist. The waitlist has only two people max. Once you are on:
If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before class time, the first person in line will automatically be added to class. Once another spot becomes available, then the second person in line is added, etc. The studio’s cancellation policy still applies so if your plans change, please make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist, or you risk getting charged in full if you cancel less than 12 hours before class starts.
If a spot becomes available less than 12 hours before class time, Mindbody will send a text message to everyone who is on the waitlist and the spot will go to the first person that claims it.
If no spot becomes available and you aren’t added to class, any unused class credit will be credited back to your account to be used at a later time.
Please note that the waitlist alerts will not work properly unless schedule alerts are turned on in your account preferences (see Notifications above). If you miss class because alerts were turned off, our late cancellation policy still applies.
Because we do not offer refunds, any unused credit purchased to get on the waitlist will be stored in your account for later use.
Lateness
For everyone to enjoy a safe, uninterrupted class, no one will be admitted past 5 minutes after class has started. If you are too late, you may attend the next class if we can accommodate you.
Please be aware that if you are late, your spot may be given away to a walk-in or someone on standby once class starts.
Walk-ins
While we recommend booking your class online, we also accept walk-ins for any of our classes, as long as a spot is available. Please check our schedule prior to travel as we do cancel classes occasionally depending on bookings.
Substitute instructors
We reserve the right to provide a substitute instructor for all classes without prior notice.
Socks
Socks are required for all classes for hygiene reasons. Grippy socks are recommended. We have a small selection for sale at the studio.
Personal property
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Pets
We do not allow pets inside the studio.
Injuries
It is your responsibility to inform the studio of any injury or ailment that may affect your participation in class. We highly recommend injured clients to book a private session prior to taking class, to properly assess their injuries and help establish their goals. Feel free to contact the studio with any question.
Pregnancy
Pregnant women must inform their instructor of their pregnancy. Please ensure that you have been cleared by your doctor or midwife before attending class.
First trimester clients can attend any class, except for Rebound. Second trimester and third trimester clients can only attend our Prenatal class or private appointments. Prenatal classes are restricted to clients who are pregnant.
For postpartum clients, we will require clearance by your doctor or midwife before admitting you to class. We also strongly recommend booking a private session to assess how your body is feeling and talk about your goals.
