Wrenne Evans

Certified Instructor

Bio

Wrenne discovered Pilates when she moved back to Nashville after living in New York following college. She has kept Pilates as part of her movement practice for eight years, using the method to help heal various injuries and address mobility issues from her work as a photographer.

In 2020, Wrenne moved to Los Angeles and began taking classes around town. After crossing paths with Elle, Wrenne became the first person to photograph the studio when it opened in 2022. Inspired to deepen her own practice and help others find a stronger mind-body connection, she joined l.a. springs’ first cohort of instructor trainees in 2024 and received her reformer certification in 2025.

Since then, she has balanced a busy freelance photography career with teaching Pilates around town. In line with the studio’s philosophy, Wrenne approaches teaching with a focus on building strength for longevity and exploring the power of slow, controlled movement.
