Shira Menter

Certified Instructor

Bio

Shira has been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2019. She later became drawn to Pilates because of its intricate approach to strengthening and alignment, as well as its grounding nature. In 2022, she felt compelled to dive deeper and completed a Pilates teacher training certification with Justine Malick at The Lab. Her love for teaching is rooted in the belief that movement is a profound and transformational pathway to physical and spiritual healing. Shira’s goal for her students is to feel safe and free in their bodies, with space to push and explore their full capacities. Discovering new shapes, movements, and transitions serves as her creative outlet and form of self-expression.
