Bio
Rachel found Pilates in high school after being diagnosed with EDS. Every workout she had tried seemed to cause pain, but once she began Pilates, she realized that movement and pain did not have to coexist. From her second session, she knew this was something she had to teach others. After moving to New York City from Massachusetts, she started her training with Balanced Body while getting a degree in psychology. She then spent a decade teaching all over the city, becoming a mainstay at studios such as New York Pilates and Good Day Pilates. In 2023, she moved to Los Angeles to explore all the West coast has to offer.
